About the Client:
Our client is a prestigious private family office based in Riyadh, overseeing a diverse portfolio of investments, real estate, and family-owned businesses. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations, ensure sustainable growth, and protect long-term family wealth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the financial strategy and planning for the family office and its subsidiaries.
- Oversee all financial operations, including cash flow, investment management, and financial controls.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, banks, and external advisors.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws, financial regulations, and legal requirements.
- Establish and implement financial policies, risk management frameworks, and internal controls.
- Provide financial advisory to family stakeholders on investments, budgeting, and strategic decisions.
- Lead financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, and other business opportunities.
- Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and strong performance.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants to maintain financial integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree, CPA, or ACCA certification is preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in financial management, with a background in family offices, private investment, or high-net-worth environments.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, tax policies, and investment strategies.
- Proven experience in managing complex financial portfolios and executing long-term financial plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
