Open to Candidates for Overseas Business Travel

VIPAC is actively seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our male Korean executive. This position is open to candidates
willing to undertake overseas business travel.

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
Business Trip Support: Accompany and provide assistance to the executive during business trips, ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience.
Document Management: Handle document organization and accounting tasks for the executive, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Enquiry Handling: Address and manage enquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Expense Reports: Prepare and manage expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:
Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
No disqualifications for overseas travel and work.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Available to start work within 30 days of final acceptance.

Compensation:
Monthly salary: To be discussed (indicate desired monthly salary in the application).
Medical Insurance, Paid Leaves, Visa.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00) with a lunch break from 13:00-14:00.
Other work conditions following UAE labor laws and related regulations.
