Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager with a strong background in real estate, specifically focused on the acquisition of income-generating real estate assets, including REITs. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in investment management, with a proven track record of success in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, with a focus on income-generating assets.
- Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Prepare comprehensive investment proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the due diligence process, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets, ensuring they meet or exceed expected returns.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on real estate.
- Proven experience in the acquisition and management of income-generating real estate assets.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
