Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Oud and Perfume industry to lead our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategies to penetrate new markets, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales experience to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the Oud and Perfume industry.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to maximize performance and productivity.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales materials.
  6. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Oud and Perfume industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of the Oud and Perfume market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
