A Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The role involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, overseeing budgets and ROI, analyzing market trends, and leading marketing teams. The Marketing Manager also acts as a bridge between product development and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and strong market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media presence to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Market Analysis & Research: Identify new market opportunities, analyze consumer trends, and conduct competitor analysis.
• Campaign & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and report on performance metrics (KPIs).
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to create content, collateral, and campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists or external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, typically supported by a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
