Overview of the role:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Contribute to menu preparation and development
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
- Extensive hands-on experience in Persian cuisine is a MUST
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
