Overview of the role:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Contribute to menu preparation and development
  • Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Persian cuisine is a MUST
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence

Salary and Benefits: AED 10,000 – 12,000 + Tips + Meals during working hours + Performance based Incentives
