Overview of the role:
- Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Design and develop menus with a strong focus on authenticity and innovation
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with management to enhance overall guest experience
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
- Extensive hands-on experience in Persian cuisine is a MUST
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits: AED 15,000 – 20,000 + Tips + Meals during working hours + Performance based Incentives
