Overview of the role:

  • Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Design and develop menus with a strong focus on authenticity and innovation
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with management to enhance overall guest experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Persian cuisine is a MUST
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail

Salary and Benefits: AED 15,000 – 20,000 + Tips + Meals during working hours + Performance based Incentives
