Job Description: We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role involves working closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to determine project constraints and opportunities.
• Collaborate with interior designers to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architect in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to create detailed and precise technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
• Experience in creating bespoke furniture and accessories designs.

Salary:

• AED 8,000 per month.
