Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating detailed technical drawings that support our interior design projects and bespoke furniture creations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interior designers to understand project requirements and client preferences.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed shop drawings.
• Produce accurate and precise CAD drawings and 3D models for bespoke furniture and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators to ensure that designs are feasible and accurately executed.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the interior design or furniture industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating drawings for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with interior design software and rendering tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai.

Salary:

• AED 6000 per month.
