Job Description: We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform spaces into unique and personalized environments for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop design concepts and mood boards to present to clients.
• Select and coordinate materials, furnishings, and accessories to create cohesive and stylish interiors.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Manage the entire design process from concept to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the feasibility and execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Stay current with industry trends and new design products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
• Experience in creating bespoke furniture and accessories designs.

Salary:

• AED 8,000 per month.
