Job Description:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in the sweets and confectionery industry, particularly those familiar with the operations of sweets shops in the UAE. The ideal candidates will be capable of providing excellent customer service, managing inventory and sales, and contributing to a positive team environment. Candidates will be expected to work in shifts, ensuring the store operates efficiently throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, sales, and store operations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop and kitchen areas.
- Support kitchen staff in preparing and presenting sweets and delicacies.
- Assist in cash handling and daily financial reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in sweets shops or a similar retail environment in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern sweets and confectionery.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Knowledge of Russian, Chinese, or Turkish is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
