Job Responsibilities:
Waiter/Waitress
- Greet and seat guests
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any queries or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Restaurant Supervisor
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Train and manage staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience
Hostess
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
- Maintain the ambiance and appearance of the reception area
Captain Waiters
- Lead and coordinate the wait staff team
- Ensure efficient and smooth service flow
- Address customer requests and ensure their dining experience is exceptional
- Assist with training new staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
